Chiropody/Podiatry - Andrew Ryals B.Sc. (Hons), M.Ch.S, HPC (Reg) S.R. Ch
Mr. Ryals gained a BSc Honours degree and certification of local analgesia in Podiatric Medicine from Huddersfield University in 1997 and also became a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
In 2000 Mr. Ryals completed his Part A podiatric surgery training and also gained his IRMER certification. He later became HPC registered in 2007 and is currently finishing a Masters degree in Clinical Podiatric Biomechanics. As well as having 17 years of Podiatry experience Mr. Ryals has also worked in the Private Sector for 12 years and in the NHS as a Biomechanics specialist, he has registration as a Medicolegal expert in Biomechanics. As well as setting up the Yorkshire Foot Surgery and Biomechanics clinic he has lectured biomechanics locally and nationally as well as holding a biomechanics lecturing post at Wakefield College. Currently Mr. Ryals is developing a research portfolio. Mr. Ryals heads the Podiatry department which also currently employs a Podiatric Surgeon, a GP, and a consultant in musculoskeletal radiology and medicine. Professional Memberships
