About Osteopathy
Osteopathy is an effective way of detecting and treating damaged muscles, ligaments, nerves and joints.
Much of the pain we suffer can come from abnormalities in or injury to our bodies' structure and function.
Treatment involving gentle manual techniques can ease pain, reduce swelling and improve mobility.
Osteopathic treatment involves an initial consultation where the osteopath takes a detailed case history from you.
You are then examined in order to establish the cause of your symptoms.
We do not just treat symptoms, but establish and treat the underlying cause of pain.
All our practitioners are statutory registered osteopaths.

Colon Hydrotherapy
What is Colon Hydrotherapy?
Colonic hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method for cleansing the colon of waste material by repeated, gentle flushing with water.
What to expect during treatment
Your first visit will involve the taking of a case history and the explanation of the procedure. The Colonic itself will take 30-45 minutes during which time warmed and pre-filtered water will be gently introduced into the rectum via a speculum.
Your therapist may use gentle abdominal massage to stimulate the release of stored matter.
At all times your modesty will be respected with the help of towels and gowns.
All equipment used is disposable for single use. Water pressure is very low so there is no danger of damage to the bowel.
People are sometimes a little apprehensive or nervous at their first visit but your therapist will soon put you at ease.
